Issues with Hub 4
Apologies for the late reply. It was flashing red, then refused to boot at all. Fair play to Virgin Media, I reported it on Monday and they sent out an engineer on Wednesday. He took one look at it and replaced the hub . Job done. A good, efficient and speedy service. Can't fault them on this one.
